Get a book and read up on the life altering benefits of coconut oil that Polynesians have known all along. Some islanders have very little heart disease. Received this product VERY quickly, which I really liked. Used it immediately for cooking and it tasted great. Put on skin and hair like I have read online and although it was a tad oily on face, it cleaned off very easily. I soaked my hair in it about an hr. prior to showering. I recommend if you do this, you wash your hair twice with shampoo. It didn't come out the first time. I washed it once, got out and blow-dried my hair...I am a blonde so my roots looked extremely dark and hair laid flat. I had to shower again, but I have done it again since and it makes my hair very soft and smooth - just had to wash it more than once to make sure it all came out.
Overall bigger size than expected and fast shipping. Can't wait touseit for other things too

If you use retin-a, this stuff will make your skin thicken up, and be much stronger. It makes your face look radiant, and is SOOOO much cheaper than the name brand version, while containing the same ingredients. Great product, will continue to buy forever. You can't beat the semi-glowing-tanned look without hurting your skin from tanning. Everything looks healthier when I use this every morning under my sunscreen.

I have been using this product along with hyaluronic acid post microneedling and my skin is glowing! The product stings when applied after the treatment since its acidic and microneedling just created micropunctures on the skin. I can tolerate this discomfort better than facialsthough because I have control of the process.
